 Lucia and her "Treats" Basket on Halloween | While Thanksgiving is upon us, here at TOON we are still reminiscing about Halloween and the heart-warming story a mom shared with us on Facebook about how "Otto's Orange Day" inspired her daughter, Lucia, to learn to read. We sent Lucia a carton of books to give out to trick-or-treaters and look what she did to get the books into the hands of 100+ kids! This is truly the story that keeps on giving!
